1. Deposit and Waitlist Placement:

   •  Buyer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure a place on the GranDogsPoodles puppy waitlist for a toy poodle puppy.

   • Payment of the deposit confirms Buyer's commitment and intent to purchase a puppy from GranDogsPoodles.

   • The deposit will be credited toward the total purchase price of the chosen puppy.

 

1. Puppy Selection and Timeline:

   • The breeder will contact the Buyer in the order of waitlist placement when puppies become available.

   • The Buyer on the waitlist will have the opportunity to choose a puppy from the available litters.

   • At that time the Buyer is contacted the buyer will have 48 hours to make their choice.

   • If the Buyer fails to make a selection within the specified timeframe, the next person on the waitlist will be contacted to choose a puppy.

   • The breeder always reserves the right to first pick of the litter if the breeder wishes to do so.

 

1. Puppy Guarantee:

   • Breeder guarantees that a choice of toy poodle puppy will be made available to the Buyer within one year from the Effective Date of this Agreement.

   • In the event that the Breeder is unable to provide a choice of poodle puppy within the specified timeframe, the Buyer will be entitled to a full refund of the $100 waitlist deposit.​

1. Puppy Health and Care:

   •  ​The breeder commits to providing proper care, nutrition, socialization, and veterinary attention to all puppies from birth until they are transferred to the Buyer.

   • Puppies will be up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming at the time of transfer.

   • A health record detailing vaccinations and deworming will be provided to the Buyer upon puppy pickup.

 

1. Purchase Price and Payment:​

   • A non-refundable deposit of $400 will be required at the time you the buyer chooses a puppy.

   • The initial $100 non-refundable waitlist deposit, and the non-refundable deposit to select your puppy of $400 (combined $500 non-refundable deposit), will be deducted from the total purchase price.

   • A copy of your ID will be required for our records at the time of the reservation deposit.

   • Payment plans can be created and the remaining balance if any shall be paid before shipment or upon pickup.

 

1. Delivery:

   • The breeder will deliver puppies within a 200-mile range of Huntsville, AL, at no additional cost.

   • For puppies that need to be delivered outside the 200-mile range, Breeder can share recommended flight nannies and ground transportation services to facilitate safe and comfortable travel for the puppy. Any associated costs for delivery outside the 200-mile range will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

 

1. Transfer of Ownership:

   • For buyers with full registration: Upon payment of the remaining balance, ownership of the chosen puppy will be transferred from the Breeder to the Buyer.

   • For buyers with limited registration:  GranDogsPoodles will retain registration papers until proof of spay/neuter is provided by the Buyer.

   • Registered Name Requirement: The Buyer understands and agrees that the registered name of the puppy, for both full and limited registration, must start with "GranDogs"

   • The Buyer agrees to provide a loving and safe home for the puppy and to provide proper care, training, and medical attention throughout the puppy's life.

 

1. Cancellation:

   • In the event that the Buyer decides to cancel this Agreement, the non-refundable deposit shall not be returned.

1.  Return Policy:

   • If, for any reason, the Buyer finds themselves unable to continue providing care for the purchased dog, the following conditions shall apply:

   • The Buyer shall promptly inform the Breeder of their intention to surrender ownership of the dog.

   • Under no circumstances should the dog be surrendered to a shelter or similar facility.

   • The Breeder shall be contacted to discuss the situation and explore suitable options for the dog's well-being.

   • If the Buyer is no longer able to provide proper care for the purchased dog , the Buyer shall transfer ownership of the dog back to the Breeder without any delay or hesitation.

   • This Return Policy is designed to ensure the welfare and responsible rehoming of the dog, and it reflects the commitment of both parties to the dog's well-being.
